This new song comes after his claims that producers "bullied" him into revealing his homosexuality.
Don Philip recently released a tribute to Britney, re-covering the song they recorded together nearly 15 years ago, now titled “I Will Still Love You (Tribute to Britney Spears)”.
It’s available for $0.99 on Amazon, and here's the song:
Don, who duetted with the singer on “I Will Still Love You,” off Britney’s debut album, “...Baby One More Time,” was reduced to tears after he was told he wouldn’t carry on by the panel -- including Spears who said his voice wasn’t “up to the bar of the standards of ‘The X Factor.”
Philip claimed the show cut out 10 minutes of his interview where he admitted he is gay, after what he alleged was bullying.
“After that thing, I went home and had thoughts of (suicide). I was so destroyed that they set me up,” he told the Post.

I get the feeling something is wrong with him. This is too much.
After he left stage with 4 nos, he was crouched in the fetal position going "im sorry britney"
He went to audition for the x-factor, got all teary with Brit, but his performance was bad. Like his voice isn't good. So they said no, he cried a little more.
But it turns out that the xfactor edited out the whole part where he is extremely emotional over seeing britney again. And he reveals he is gay etc etc.
I have no clue why they keep labeling as "coming out" when he had gay hair, gay shirt and highlights to begin with.
He appears to have been badly damaged by whatever happened and was pinning all his hopes on her accepting him again and then he could become famous. He was grinding his teeth and doing other weird things with his mouth and his voice/speech in general was kind of off so it seemed like he might've had a drug problem, too.
Britney looked weary of him, I don't wanna say she looked guilty but she kind of did. When she heard what a bad singer he'd become she looked really upset because she knew she had to say no. Once she did, he completely broke down and thought he'd hurt her feelings (I think she was just depressed seeing him in such a bad way, probably reminded her of herself a few years ago tbh). It was all a really awkward mess.
I do love the original. But his voice HAS changed. And his face has too, his lips look all surgery-ified.
I feel like they put Britney in awkward positions on the show and I just feel really bad for her. The fact that we know she's had breakdowns in the past doesn't make it any more comfortable to watch.
So he is obviously not-so-secretly hoping to make one of them burst.
i also kind of feel bad for him that at 32 he's still uncomfortable with his sexuality
but his claims and his facebook and the sense that there's something deeper is just making him embarrassing
