The editor of the French magazine that ran topless photos of Kate Middleton is suggesting she has SEX PHOTOS of the Royal couple in her possession but has decided not to run them ... yet.
Closer editor Laurence Pieau revealed the bombshell today while defending her decision to publish the topless pics of Kate ... saying "I won't hide the fact that there are more intimate pictures that exist that we haven't published and will not publish. These images are full of joy, not degrading."
She didn't specifically say sex pics ... but she didn't have to. It's pretty clear what she meant.
So why would she even tell the public about the unseen "intimate" photos?
She could be trying to paint herself as a heroic figure who SAVED the Royal fam from further humiliation ... or she just issued a thinly-veiled WARNING to Buckingham Palace: Back off the lawsuit, or else.

I think TMZ may be reading too much into what she said (hopefully)

Kate seems like that kind of loose woman!
GASP!
I'M ALREADY STARTING A FACEBOOK GROUP AND AN INTERNET PETITION TO BAN THAT KIND OF AWFUL ACT!
yeah, sure
Sex sells. Royal sex sells more. When your tits are worth as much as Kate Middleton's, you should probably keep them covered if you have a problem with them being seen.
It'd be different if she were a nobody, but she knows there are paps who follow her for a living.
I don't think the pictures are anything to be ashamed of, but I can't w/ people acting like she is 100% innocent in this.
Personal responsibility is dead. Let's blame everyone else.

(Also, why is it so difficult for people to understand she's not currently a princess. I mean, I realize that doesn't really matter right now but it's still kind of annoying how bad people's reading comprehension is)
eta: a duchess (wife to the heir, tho), my bad.

That shit IS invasion of privacy
there are SOOOO MANY sacrifices one has to make when they marry into the royal family and this is is def on that long ass list. no one should be surprised by this. it sucks for Kate, but it shouldn't have come out of left field. I hope they still sue.

But to go further, I think you can be topless anywhere where there's a chance that the paparazzi will not be able to take a pic without it being some kind of voyeuristic illegality.
Same applies to Harry too. He shouldn't trust anyone to any kind of degree where he lets his guard down and they can potentially take a pic...which is what happened to him.
But really, I think royalty is such an archaic institution because its basis is on the premise that one blood line is superior to all others. If you're going to get the privilege from that kind of institution, you can't complain when people buy into it and uphold such high standards for your conduct.
do they not remember what happened with paparazzi and his mother??
