tbh it's the same thing as rape culture.

"She's a celebrity, she should expect this kind of invasion of privacy" vs. "She's wearing a miniskirt, she should expect people to want to have sex with her."

"This is what being a celebrity is, she wanted this attention, she knew what she was getting into" vs. "She went to that club and flirted with that man, she wanted his attention."

"Don't be an actor if you don't want attention" vs. "Don't dress provocatively if you're not putting out."

She may be in the public eye but that doesn't make her public property. Private areas of her body that she was not purposefully showing others was used for the entertainment and pleasure of people she did not give it to.

We just sigh, "paps will be paps, they're douches." Well if we know it's wrong then we need to stop sighing and start saying "hey asshole, let's get you on the sex offender registry."

I didn't say it was the same as rape. I said the attitude is the same, the culture.
