Adrienne Maloof is firing back at her estranged hubby by claiming he carries a gun, lacks sound judgment and has a violent temper ... a bad combination. And even worse, she claims the gun is often in reach of their 3 boys.
In a declaration -- obtained by TMZ and filed in family court -- Adrienne claims Paul Nassif is a danger to their children. She cites an incident last month in which she claims Paul was drinking while operating a Kayak and one of the kids who was in the watercraft fell into the water.
She also claims 3 years ago he lost one of their kids for 45 minutes in the wilderness during a camping trip, because he failed to supervise him.
And recently there was a fire across the street and she claims he did nothing to help the kids evacuate.
Adrienne claims Paul has been violent with the kids. She claims he has thrown the kids onto the grass in a fit of rage, spanked them with their pants down, violently yanked their arms and hit them on the head.
Adrienne -- who is fighting Paul for custody -- claims he has been repeatedly violent toward her, allegedly shoving her to the ground, pulling her hair and yelling at her.
Adrienne claims the kids have been present when Paul has shoved and yelled at her.
Kim Zolciak weight loss after pregnancy: 'I'm breastfeeding!'!

Viewers of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and "Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding" have watched Kim Zolciak try various weight-loss methods, including a fat-burning laser treatment (while eating pizza), a wrap that promises to shed inches, and a workout with a trainer (once). But just weeks after giving birth to her fourth child, Zolciak is crediting mother nature with her quickly slim physique.
"No cleansing I'm breastfeeding!" she tweets Thursday (Sept. 6) when asked what the secret to her post-baby weight-loss success is.
Her daughter Brielle posted a photo (above) of her mom on Sept. 1 with the caption, "seriously... who looks like this after 2 weeks of having a baby?"
Zolciak gave birth to baby Kash Kade on Aug. 15, her second son with husband Kroy Biermann. She has two daughters from a previous relationship.
Karent Sierra Promises The Drama Is “Authentic!”

In a few short days the second season of Real Housewives of Miami will come crashing onto our TV screens harder than waves of Hurricane Irene.
After a lackluster first season Bravo is doing everything in it's power to make sure the drama is full-force and there will be no fans left disappointed. As part of their major overhaul the network added three new Housewives to the cast. Dr. Karent Sierra, a dentist to the stars is one of those new ladies – and she assures viewers the ladies of Miami will definitely be making some waves!
First of all, Karent assures the Miami Hearald that none of the drama captured between the cast is staged – and unlike some series of Housewives they are all 100% authentic! I'm not sure if that's refreshing or downright scary. “A lot of people who watch reality TV will think that it’s fake, but there’s nothing fabricated on this show,’’ Karent promises.
“You have to overlook things and don’t take it too seriously," Karent explains of participating in reality TV. "You develop a little bit of a thick skin.”
As for the newbies vs. the veterans, Karent says there was some clashing. “It was interesting,’’ she reveals. “I had met some of the ladies socially, and they seemed really nice to me. But once you get on the show, it was kind of like a trigger switch."
“I’m not saying they’re doing it for the show, I’m not saying they’re not," Karent adds. "You’re just kind of introduced to them in a whole different light “
And much like Real Housewives of New York, Karent reveals the new girls, Joanna Krupa and Lisa Hochstein banded together and developed real friendships.
“We’ve developed a beautiful bond,’’ Karent shares. “Some of the other girls are great, too.”

Teresa avoids Jacqueline!

In Jacqueline’s discussion about her son Nicholas’s autism diagnosis with Huffington Post, she dropped quite the bombshell, revealing that all of her co-stars had offered her and Chris their support — except for Teresa!
“All of my cast members knew there was an issue prior to the actual diagnosis and most were very supportive with encouraging kind words and offering us different resources to help,” Jac said.
“Since the actual diagnosis, and the article in People magazine, all of my cast mates have reached out to us for support except for Teresa, but that was to be expected,” she continued.
Ouch! We gotta admit, we’re pretty shocked that Teresa didn’t even check in on Jacqueline after she went public with Nick’s condition.
As for her choice to speak publically about Nick’s autism now, Jacqueline explained, “Once we got the diagnosis and treatment plan in place, we realized that by putting it out there, it would not only help our son by the amount of support and resources given to us, but we could also bring awareness to autism and help other people that can relate to us. We just wanted to control the way it came out.”
Are you surprised that Teresa never reached out to Jacqueline?
