Today there are people trying take away rights that our mothers, grandmothers and great-grandmothers fought for: our right to vote, our right to choose, affordable quality education, equal pay, access to health care. We the people can't let that happen.
Tonight, even as this convention is coming to a close, a movement is being built across our country. The other side wants to take away our voice and render us invisible. But we are not invisible.

I loved Kerry's speech.

"She sent one email to Reggie, who forwarded it to me," Obama said, referring to his 26-year-old personal assistant, Reggie Love. I love Kerry and Eva too, though. I CBA with the whole "X's speech was better than Y's" thing because quite frankly everyone expresses themselves differently. I know I have a lot of valid points when it comes to this kind of thing, but if I got up there and started talking I'd probably sound like IDK what I'm saying 'cause it'd be hella awk. and such.
