Simon is pissed
Claims The Voice fears Britney and Demi

Simon Cowell is furious at NBC for trying to sandbag next week's premiere of "X Factor" by adding a Wednesday installment of "The Voice" ... declaring, "This is a cynical, cold-hearted, unprofessional way of doing business."
Simon tells TMZ, he thought he had a "gentleman's agreement" with NBC ... that "The Voice" would run Mondays and Tuesdays, and "X Factor" would run Wednesdays and Thursdays on FOX ... so fans could watch both.
Simon says NBC is turning on its own audience, forcing them to choose between Christina Aguilera's show and Britney Spears' new show. And speaking of them, Simon says, "Britney's not going to appreciate the fact that Christina -- who has been a bit of a rival -- isn't allowing Britney to have a night of her own."
Simon tells TMZ, he believes the move is as personal as it gets, because "The Voice" came to England and went head-to-head with Simon's show, "Britain's Got Talent" and got its ass kicked.
Simon says, "These guys have really got it in for us. It's nothing short of dirty tricks."
Cowell adds, "The reason they've done this is they don't want people to see 'X Factor' because they've heard how good the series is. They don't want their audience to see Britney Spears. They don't want their audience to see Demi Lovato."
Simon says he doesn't think Britney knows yet, but when she finds out "She's going to be devastated because she's put her heart and soul into this."
As for Cowell, he says he's not scared, adding, "I can't bear it that the network is playing political games and playing with the audience."

Simon and LA Reid have been talking crap and taking cheap shots at The Voice and Xtina all year long, he even re-strategized his shows format specifically to beat The Voice. Now that NBC is fighting back, they're the scared ones? LOL, ok Simon.

the war is between NBC and Fox (a war which HE wanted)
says the guy who's been talking about them non-stop
I deffo want to see how both of them are like as judges and how they interact with simon and LA
the voice doesn't have that, so they should be scared
I'm sure she has an accountant who has direct deposit for her and uses her personal assistant to buy things with a credit card. I wouldn't be surprised if she has no control over her spending and finances.
ikr? Fucking flop ass show and I'm just waiting for him to throw Britney under the bus if the ratings don't come in. He's such a worthless piece of shit.
I said this way back when she was announced, if this doesn't go well he's definitely gonna throw her under the bus.
Ultimately, Simon is right that a lot of people who watch one of these singing shows watch them all (myself included) so they'll miss out in the end. Obviously The Voice will have the momentum from Mon and Tues and beat X Factor on Wednesday.
And it's true, even in the UK, The Voice rescheduled their shows last minute (similarly) so that their time slot would compete with Simon's show. I think it's fine to take fun little jabs in the press that are all in good fun, but this sucks, particularly since it's so last minute and there's nothing FOX can do.
The BGT finale had double the amount of viewers the Voice UK finale did.
anyway, i'd be shocked if the xfactor didn't come out on top
