MICHAEL CLARKE DUNCAN Dies AT 54



Michael Clarke Duncan, star of such movies as "The Green Mile" and "The Whole Nine Yards," passed away this morning. He was 54.

According to our sources, his passing came very suddenly. We're told his fiancee, Omarosa Manigault, was with him in his hospital room in Los Angeles and left for a short period of time. When she returned ... he had died.

Duncan's rep tells TMZ the actor never fully recovered from the myocardial infarction he suffered on July 13.

Duncan's rep tells TMZ, "Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date."

I gasped when they announced this on the news. He always seemed like a big cuddly teddy bear to me.

Things must have been very bad for him to die from his myocardial inf, I should know, I had the same thing 10 yrs ago. His was a talented actor. May he rest in peace

OMG...so freaking sad & poor Omarosa! Just thinking about her situation makes me all teary. She must be beating herself up right now for leaving (even though she shouldn't)

When my grandfather died last year, he tried to go when my dad wasn't in the room but my dad was there with him when he went. I can't imagine what she must be going through. :(
