My last name is Pond, so I will miss the Ponds. I dont know why they didnt do a show on people mispronouncing and misspelling Pond, cause that's just good tv and my life. You would be surprised how many people do both of those things with such a simple last name.
I have a relatively simple last name, too, and hardly anyone ever gets it right on the first try. I mean, it's an unusual last name, but it's spelled just like it's pronounced, so you wouldn't think it would be so hard. :/ I think people just habitually over complicate everything.
I'm just bitter bc I thought that these webisodes were going to give us inssight into the Ponds lifves sans Doctor. Like is Rory still working as a nurse? What exactly is Amy's job anyway? How did she come by that job? But nope....
