That's what everyone told me but tbh, I'm all caught up, and I still don't really like her. I have a tad more sympathy but still pretty much think she sucks. *shrug*

Her character development is a beautiful thing. It's a lot better in the books ofc because the show dropped the fucking ball in season 2, but the point gets across well enough. Lol.

Sansa gets a lot of unwarranted hate.
To make matters worse, her storyline was ruined in season 2, and some of her decisions don't make sense/seem stupid unless you have read the books.

I think the thing about Sansa is that her story is pure character building/development. She's not a character who just instantly becomes a "bad ass" in the way people want, yes she grows, but it's slow because of her background.

She's not her heroine you want, but her heroine you deserve :p

I love Sansa in the books, and I still do on the show despite her character getting the royal fucking shaft in season 2. She's 11(books)/13(show), trapped with her enemies, and has to survive with just her wits and words and does it because she is more alive than half the characters we started with. But Sophie is still underage so they can't show her tits so they don't give a fuck about her character.

Gods, the show fucked over its female characters in the second season, and fucked them over hard.

She's an annoying preteen girl in the first book, tbh -- but her character development is really good and now I love Sansa. :)

Idk. In the 1st book Sansa was even more insufferable than in the tv show. I'm starting the 2nd book, so I can't compare s2 to it yet, but I don't know how she could get any worse.

I didn't like her until the end of Season 1. She's become a favorite of mine tho. (But yeah she is a bit boring though.)

Her character arc takes 4 books before you start really investing in her character, but by then she was the one I cared most about.

lol I hate when I start watching a series with someone and then the next time we hang out they're like "omg didn't you hate it when X happened in episode 19, what about the finale?!" and I'm just sitting there like "bitch, I thought we were supposed to watch this together, I've been dying to finish episode 5 but was waiting for your dumbass and you finished the entire first two seasons?!"
