Jennifer Garner Cries While Hugging Alias Costar Victor Garber

Reunited and it feels so good!
Jennifer Garner met up with her former Alias costar and on-screen father, Victor Garber, in NYC on Monday -- and got a little emotional from their happy reunion.

More than six years after their hit ABC show ended, the 40-year-old actress shed some tears while sharing an embrace with Garber, 63. Garner attended Garber's performance in the Big Apple of 54 Below, and congratulated him backstage after the show.

After the initial reunion, the close friends smiled for photos together to document the happy day. Alias aired for five seasons from Sept. 30, 2011 to May 22, 2006 and the costars stayed in touch since then. Garber starred as Jack Bristow, the elusive father to Garner's Sydney Bristow, a CIA agent.

Garner is currently in NYC to promote her new film The Odd Life of Timothy Green. The wife of Ben Affleck and mother-of-three (daughters Violet, 6, Seraphina, 3, and son Samuel, 7 months) was seen out earlier in the day carrying her baby boy. Garber is the godfather of Violet and officiated Garner's wedding to Affleck.

The busy mom admitted to Extra recently that having three children now is "absolute chaos!" She added, "I really did not realize how much more work three was going to be than two."

i honestly love her.

she seems like one of the few people out there who are truly nice, sincere and honest.

I've known a couple of people who have worked with her over the years and all of them have said she is just the sweetest person ever. One of my best friends worked with her like a month ago and was raving about her.

my husband used to be a server and when she came into his restaurant she left a 100% tip and was a great mom to violet (who was just a bb back then) and was super nice and thankful to my husband :)

i think the best way to judge someone's character is by how they treat waitstaff & how they treat their kids!

Spy Daddy was awesome, and it's so sweet to see him reunited with Spy Barbie. I loved Spy Mommy too, which is why I'm still side-eyeing that bullshit ending they wrote for Irina "HBIC" Derevko. But I digress.
