True but the way I see it, the candidate that wins the center is the one thats gonna win the election. Even for some of the most staunch Republicans, Ryan is a tough pill to swallow.
For real. I have seen a lot of Romney/Ryan support as of late, and I find it disturbing. I truly believe that complacency could turn this election into a clusterfuck.
mte. i live in a historically red state but (fortunately) my district ended up blue last election. i'd like to say that's going to happen again but you never really know.
mitt's $ and the push for voter ID laws are the only chances he has of winning... ryan as his pick is just an asinine stunt that's already backfiring bad.
That kind of mentality is where it all goes wrong. Everyone thinks "I wont bother voting he has it in the bag", and you end up with that episode of the Simpsons where Bart has all the votes he needs for class president but noone remembers to vote, and Martin wins.

I've been volunteering with the Obama re-election campaign in California to help him get re-elected. Don't want to be complacent even though it's easy to be because of Mitt Romney's poor tactical skills.
I'm legit afraid of canvasing in my area. There was recently a murder where someone shot and killed a door-to-door salesman who was leaving his driveway and threatened everyone that tried to help the dying man. He told them the FL Stay-Your-Ground law meant he could shoot anyone on his property.
Maybe I'll just phone-bank. No one can shoot my ass over the phone.
