Nike Gold Digging Shirt: Funny Or Offensive?
When Adidas had their "shackle" sneaker scandal this summer, we figured that the sportswear industry might tread with caution when putting out riskier products. But it looks like Nike had no qualms about keeping this note-worthy top on the shelves: a women's t-shirt displaying the words "Gold Digging."
We don't like to be super sensitive about these things, but something about this seems... off. The t-shirt features metallic gold lettering and Nike's signature check logo and is only available for women (because women presumably love to be called gold diggers). But we can't help but wonder if some ladies will be less than pleased with this kind of depiction.

just to see peoples reaction to it.
i got the olympic reference right off the bat, but can you imagine running in it? hahhahahaha!
I wouldn't wear it myself but I don't see anything wrong with it because it's unisex.
Is that a thing?
GET IT GIRLS. but it wouldn't be that hard to offer it in everyone's size lol. i wonder who made that call.
I know a few gold diggers tbh.
like marrying for love has done anything good for the 50% of couples getting divorced
jk. i'd rather fall in love and learn that she had money then be influenced by it from the get go.
I don't wish for anyone to feel they have to stay "in the closet" but my ideal marriage would be to a very wealthy gay man, that way there is no expectation of sex.

it's if someone with money would want to marry me (answer: no)

but most women don't seem to understand this/care.
If it was someone who I did lust/like/admire, then hell yes, money is an added bonus of not having to worry about your finances.
The thought of not making my own money and having to depend solely on a husband literally gives me anxiety attacks.
Ninja plz
misandry for lyfe <3
Both parties are getting something they want out of the relationship/marriage.
men who date women out of their league = playboy
older single women = spinster
older single men = bachelor
life is cruel.
p l e a s e
i'm bummed it's not offered for everyone, obviously a poor decision, but i'll probably still buy it because i like it lol.
