Mariah parties w Roc & Roe in the day and at 1 Oak in the night, remains flawless on Instagram
I like how she can't really be bothered about Triumphant. It definitely is a buzz single, people are talking about how bad it is. Can't wait for Idol though~~ Dembabies need a tag like Blue Ivy does, mods!
I'm a deluded, crazy, sometimes obnoxious stan, and i totally agree w you. but being a stan really has nothing to do w my judgement really. It was just cool to hate on Glitter tbh lol
it didn't sell well because no one knew it came out. honestly, if you were an american not reading celebrity gossip everyday, hell even watching E!, you probably didn't know she had a song.
Adrian, bb, people (Lambs) were just led to believe it was going to be something great, and were a bit disappointed on first listen.
It's definitely a grower. And you have to appreciate Mariah some to help get the song better. The sound was a bit "huh" at first, I'll admit. But regardless of what anyone thinks, Mariah does whatever she believes in, good, bad or ugly. So you can't not respect it.
Even though she said the lyrics were about her husband overcoming kidney failure, I also like to apply it to her career: people keep talking shit about her being a has-been, a flop... but don't count her out. Mariah will make 'em all fall down.
I was listening to her E=MC2 album the other day, and I'm still surprised that Migrate and Side Effects weren't singles -- I'm not a huge MC fan, but I thought those were a lot better than Bye Bye and I Stay in Love.
I think Mariah's problem is that she comes up with good music -- but she (or her label, or whoever,) doesn't pick the right singles.
Then again, her career has kind of plateaued ever since she fired Benny Medina as her manager, so maybe she just needs better management than she has.
i'm really really feeling the pulse club mix, though i wasn't feeling the original. give the remixes a shot, she re-recorded vocals so they are fairly different from the original.

no promotion, nothing. give her a fucking break.

who knew nick cannon could help make such beautiful bbs
idk why she's so insecure about herself and feels to need to use overly photoshopped promo pics of herself.
