I hate shopping for school supplies. There's always that one item teachers list that make you waste gas trying to find.

And I need to delete people on fb that complain about their love lives, or lack thereof.

I have friends, all male, who post how come they can't get a girl, is it so wrong to want somebody to hold at night, and how they are thinking of ending their lives if they can't find a girlfriend.

I'm like thinking I wonder why they can't find a girl... Personally I don't like guys who have low self-esteem and bitch more than I do.

college grads, is it worth it to do your honours? i'm a creative writing major (hahaha useful!!) and will need to do some post-grad to get a writing job anyway

You're better off working toward a general sum laude. Honors means different things at different schools and it doesn't help unless you're going to grad school at the same college.

The only benefit to an honors at my university is the required 30+ page mini-thesis you have to do, 'cause it makes it super-easy to submit grad school writing samples.

This reminds me of my History of Modern Europe course. We had a European map quiz and one girl at the end said "WHAT IS SCANDINAVIA, WE NEVER LEARNED WHAT THAT WAS" and so the Professor asked how many people in the class didn't know what Scandinavia was, and so many people raised their hands.
I facepalmed so hard and felt hella embarrassed.
