tbh there's a difference between criticizing the literal tenets of christianity (what most people do, i don't see anything wrong with mocking what's in the bible or the qur'an) and making fun of what female muslims wear as an expression of their religion.

Honestly, she's just so ignorant and try-hard edgy that I could never get into Girls. Knowing what I know about her has ruined the idea of me ever getting into the show. They aren't even showing it here yet but I don't know that I could separate the show from her.

yeah, i think my hatred of girls stems from the fact that i can't stand that daddy bought her way to a show because she probably wouldn't have landed it any other way. and then she tries to make it ok by making the premise about rich girls trying to live without her parents' support but it's not genuine enough and i don't like her

so this hijab wearing, disrespectful stunt isn't making it better
