SimCity 5 is Coming!

Look out people the original simulation game is back after a 10 year absence. With new graphics that are eye popping and a revamped stats screen, you can please your Sims to their hearts content or oppress them with giant monster attacks. Yes those classics are still there, just much better looking.

lol this is me so i was gonna comment what's new with it. all i remember was the citizen's frequently honoring my brother as mayor and the fucking incessant booing when i played.

I fucking hate that games are pretty much going to be needing to be connected to be online. What if the internet is down, or my broke ass somehow ends up in the middle of Montana? HOW WILL I PLAY MAH GAMES NOW?

ia. Mostly I'm mad cause I use my desktop for my sims(yes i am a nerd!) and the internet isn't connected. The internet being down is a good complaint and it makes no sense that you'd need it

Finally got around to downloading Sims 3 after being reluctant to leave Sims 2 behind for the longest time (I don't want to have both on my computer at once).

Heh ... I actually got nostalgic and reinstalled all of Sims 2 recently. It feels very simplistic and easy after several years of 3.

I never had the chance to play the old Sim City games, but I am excited for this one! Just hope my laptop will be able to take it since I already got Sims 3 & Ambitions on there, lol.

Looking forward to pirating the sims3 expansions packs, and to someone circumventing the online requirement for this so I can pirate it too.

I actually own the base game, but when I tried to install it on my new-ish laptop the disc was scratched to hell from leaving it laying around, so I ended up downloading it from a torrent.. and then I thought "WELP, WHILE I'M HERE I MAY AS WELL GET THESE HERE EXPANSIONS..."

If you download Origin you can input the serial code and download a digital copy of the base game.

That doesn't work if you have a Mac, though, right? :( My friend was gonna let me download all her Sims stuff via Origin, but I'm pretty sure it's Windows-only. Boooo.

I don't even remember how I discovered the torrent, but this is literally after I bought Late Night and my surprise was precious. Playing the games made me realize how much money I could have saved (looking atchu, Ambitions)
