i think is because they dont have cameras in every lane. i think is fare that if you are going to review one, you should review everyone (i think the one that got second did that as well, but everyone did that like he said)

I understand people will try to do that and get away with it in swimming, but as the winner to outright say it is a douche move.

I hope this makes them look at the ways to stop swimmers from getting away with it. Really isn't fair play at all.
