This isn't badly written and everything is spelled correctly. She doesn't hyphenate Douglas's age in the first sentence and has a run-on with the "wow" and "what a thrill" but those are easily corrected. Let's do an edit:

I think the reason Taylor reached out to Aly is because Aly listed Taylor as her biggest inspiration or something ridiculous like that. I only know that because I remember thinking, "Wow, I feel bad for you because the press is shitting on you for not being Jordyn but that's fucking ridiculous."
