Liberty Ross BANS Rupert Sanders from directing the sequel to Snow White and the Huntsman

Her world was ripped apart when she discovered her husband had been cheating on her with Kristen Stewart.

And now Liberty Ross has banned Rupert Sanders from ever working with the 23-year-old actress again.

Although the father-of-two was originally lined up to direct the sequel to box office smash Snow White and the Huntsman - in which Kristen played the lead role - his model wife has told him in no uncertain terms that if he wants to save their marriage, he won't sign the contract.

A source told RadarOnline.com: 'They are trying to work things out after he was caught having an affair, and that is one of the sticking points.
'She just doesn’t want him to ever work with Kristen again.

'Rupert is obviously disappointed because Snow White and the Huntsman was his directorial debut, and he had hoped on building on that with a follow-up after some decent reviews.

'But he knows his actions were inexcusable, and he’s going to have to bite the bullet and listen to his wife on this one.'

While the 41-year-old filmmaker had a verbal agreement with Universal to direct the sequel to Snow White and the Huntsman, he is yet to sign a contract.

And with Kristen playing the movie's lead character, sources have claimed studio bosses will just 'find another director'.

LOL @ this boldfaced lie

You seemed pretty invested when you were attacking people left right and centre (including her fans) for any negativity real or imagined BEFORE she fucked a married man...

I'm not overly invested in celeb private lives either and pretty much belong to the 'they didn't do it to me' school of thought when it comes to my friends and cheating, but this is different thanks to her whole 'so real and rebellious' public image and the fact that there are photographic (and very public) receipts.

edit: I'll still watch her movies if they look good, but from now on anything she says in interviews is prob. going to get a massive eyeroll from me.

I do get invested (not in the sense that I feel they are accountable to me at least in their private life) but only when something major is happening, I prefer to occasionally read about them or when I want to rather than 'checking in' every day which actually tends to put me off. It's why I hate fandoms, you can never take a break!
I think if like Kristen you cultivated a public persona that was all about this one thing and went out of your way to make people believe that then yeah, you should get called out when you turn out to be a massive hypocrite.

I find fandoms for tv shows, books etc that I like (i.e. non-batshit, non-Twihard stuff) quite relaxing and a happy place to be in, but actor fangirling is a whole other kettle of fish and that is where you end up with 'Robstens', Cumberbitches and those weirdos who believe the guys from Supernatural are faking their offscreen relationships with their SOs.

It's not as if my faves have not slipped up either, but none of them made a song and dance about being perfect or real first. And the aftermath of the cheating/how KStew and her PR are handling it is what makes me lose any respect I had for her - first she drags her boyfriend/PR fuckbuddy into it, now her team start implying 'poor me, I never wanted it?' and that she was as good as coerced? She can fuck off.

kristen never said she was perfect either. That was your perception. Sorry you were so gravely let down. But wow, Kristen just got the role she wanted more than anything and the one that Jlaw was after. Awesome! :D

I said 'perfect' OR 'real' (the latter of which she definitely has said about herself, multiple times), learn to read please.

You sound like you'd be better off on tumblr than here.

but she is real ... very real, with all the flaws and mistakes that brings. Just like you, me and the Queen of England :)

hey I think you can still watch an actor/actress' movies while at the same time admitting to the fact that they did a very fucked up thing.
