She's followed him to Philadelphia for the filming of his espionage thriller Paranoia. But Miley Cyrus may have felt a little frenzied herself today when she stepped out with fiancé Liam Hemsworth. The singer, who showed off her slender frame in a floral halter dress, was swarmed by throngs of anxious fans and clung to the actor's hand as they walked ahead of the mob.
Miley, 19, followed closely behind the Hunger Games star as he took her hand and guided her through the crowd. At one point the pair dutifully posed for photos with a group, but the strain on their faces was clear to see. Miley, wearing her freshly-dyed blonde locks twirled up in her trademark bun, was swift on foot with a pair of Converse high-top sneakers. Liam, 22, was casual in a blue button down shirt, khakis and red trainers, and topped his look with a blue knitted beanie.
The stars appeared to be prepared for little more than a casual outing, Liam toting a bag from local drug store CVS. The couple has generated quite the buzz in the Pennsylvania city since arriving this week. Last night, Miley channelled a look straight from the Seventies as she went out for dinner with Liam in a denim jumper and Converse. The low-cut back ensured that she could show off her tanned skin as well as her body art - a tattoo on her ribs.
Miley again wore her blonde hair up in a messy bun and teamed the jumpsuit with a pair of black Converse trainers, proving she doesn't have to wear heels to look good. Liam followed closely behind her and let his fiancé stand out in her outfit, and wearing a simple combination of beige chinos, a light blue shirt and grey trainers. But the couple were unable to enjoy a quiet night out - and were seen having photos taken with waiting fans before heading up to their hotel room.
The couple were seen arriving in Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon with dog Ziggy in tow. Liam is embarking on his latest project Paranoia, starring Harrison Ford. The film, about a boss who blackmails one of his young employees to spy on a rival company, also co-stars Amber Heard and Gary Oldman. Directed by Robert Luketic, Paranoia is set for release in September, 2013.
