I wish they hadn't used all of Amy Adams good lines as voice overs though. I wanted to see those scenes.

you do realize they didnt give it to Reese instead of Joaquin right I mean they werent nominated together. They gave it PSH instead of Joaquin. Reese winning has nothing to do with his lose. WTL wasnt one of those kinds of movies. Reese was winning no matter who won best actor.

Obviously. I just meant that to me, Joaquin was miles better than her in that movie. So if anybody should've won an Oscar for WTL, it should've been him.

as much as i adore joaquin, philip seymour hoffman totally deserved his oscar. he was flawless as capote.

I thought she was great as June Carter, but yeah, I'm pressed that he didn't win that year. His performance in WTL is mostly what makes it my favorite movie.
