Don't believe the hype.
Though reports have surfaced regarding the specifics of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' divorce settlement, which they reached on Monday, Holmes' attorney Jonathan Wolfe tells Us Weekly the rumors floating about -- including details about custody arrangements for six-year-old Suri -- aren't remotely true.
"There are numerous inaccuracies in the reports regarding the purported contents of the agreement reached between he parties," Wolfe said in a statement Monday evening. "The agreement is confidential and its terms will not be disclosed."
On Monday morning, the Rock of Ages star, 50, and his estranged wife of five years, 32, issued a joint statement through their respective reps -- assuring fans their true priority during their painful split is, and has always been, looking after their little girl.
"We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter's best interests," the actors said. "We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other's commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other's roles as parents."
