I think it's both, though. Like, he went after her (and a few other women prior to meeting her who didn't work out) for a reason, and she was truly interested for a reason. He's a charismatic guy and he has a reputation as a nice person to those he meets. But I think even if her interest was genuine, doesn't mean his was.

ia. I think this "contract" is more like a hardcore prenup. With all the media surrounding them it would have made them look REALLY bad if they divorced after 6 months, so I think this was to prevent that.

I think it's a mix of both, tbh. You'll never convince me that it was for anything other than convenience/staying in the closet on his part, but I can believe that she got swept off her feet by her childhood crush and at least initially thought that maybe she could make him feel the same way even if the circumstances around it were business-like.
