I'm trying to get down to what I used to be in terms of weight. Been doing Paleo and working out constantly, so I hope by my birthday (August 23), I'm at a good place.
log everything you put into your mouth on to myfitnesspal.com and stay under your calorie goal. cardio for 30 min/3 week and weight training 2x/week and you'll be good in a month.
Just here to second/third the myfitnesspal suggestion. I've lost 8lbs in 4 weeks using the phone app and jogging three times a week.
So, I'm eating '1200' calories a day, but if I jog three miles and earn back 500ish then I can actually eat 1700 and still be under my goal for that day. It seems so dorky to constantly log what you eat but I've been having so much fun - and it really does make you think about what you eat. If I really want chocolate then I'll eat it, but if I don't REALLY want it then I won't bother wasting my calories.
man i lost 20 lbs in may and only 5-8 in june :/ (granted i did gave myself like 2 weeks off after going on vacation... which was stupid because i didn't even cheat when i was on vacation)
