Paris may have been shooting the campaign for her Honey Bunch clothing line, but that didn't stop her from taking a moment to make a wish come true. The hugely charitable entrepreneur (whose charitable efforts have already been recognised with an award from the Starlight Foundation) took the time to brighten the day of 6 year old, Oran.
