According to TMZ, one of the singer’s bodyguards bashed a photographer who got too close to the diva in London.
TMZ posted a video of the incident which shows Rihanna exiting London club Whiskey Mist as flashes from cameras erupt around her.
Rihanna then climbs into a waiting car, and once she’s in the vehicle, handlers try to move photographers back.
When one shutterbug doesn’t apparently step back far enough to the liking of a hulking, bald, behemoth of a bodyguard, the giant delivers a knockout punch and the photographer goes down like a sack of potatoes.
The video doesn’t reveal whether the photographer then got up, or was injured.
The bottle-throwing melee at New York club W.i.P between Drake and Brown’s posses was reportedly sparked by the two hip-hop rivals’ affections for Rihanna.
On Sunday she wowed the crowds in Hackney in pair of tiny shorts and fishnet tights but today Rihanna decided to cover up.
The 24-year-old singer left her London hotel wearing a light blue denim jumpsuit and chunky boots despite the weather being better in the Capital today.
It's no secret that Rihanna is a fan of London, and she couldn't stop grinning as she walked down the steps of the Corinthia Hotel.
The Umbrella singer accessorised the boyish outfit with a chunky gold necklace and a favourite hat of hers.
The black cap features sharp gold studs all around the rim and a red tartan neck cover at the back.
However, it seems the slender star had an ulterior motive for wearing the colourful make-up as she wanted it to be a distraction.
