Beyoncé Pens Open Letter To Blind Fan Timmy Kelly
Beyoncé has written an open letter to one of her fans, Timmy Kelly, who was born blind and with cerebral palsy.
The 'Run The World (Girls)' singer met Timmy for the first time when he was 13 backstage at the Grammy Awards. Timmy almost brought Beyoncé to tears when he sang her hit "Irreplacable," and she has remembered him ever since.
After finding out that 18-year-old Timmy has graduated from high school and has been accepted to college, Bey has written an open letter congratulating him on his achievements.
