Suri Cruise Throws Another Tantrum

It had all started off so well - staying up late in New York with her mother to enjoy pizza and ice cream.

But it all got a bit much for little Suri Cruise when her mother Katie Holmes took the sweet treat off her, perhaps for misbehaving.

The six-year-old was seen throwing a tantrum and becoming tearful as Katie, 33, took the cone off her.

When it's fake "I want my way, damnit" with no tears, it really is just funny.
hndshksatsunrse 20th-Jun-2012 07:41 pm (UTC)
when my nephew does that I respond with "ok but look, you're not really crying sooo....*burst out laughing*" lol I cant help it.
midnight_lite 20th-Jun-2012 08:06 pm (UTC)
My nephew throws the biggest tantrums for everything and even cries but it's just so damn hilarious. He cries his crocodile tears, rests his head against the wall and is a general drama llama.

When I hug and pick kids up and they starting crying for mommy and daddy, my usual reply is "you see them everyday, suck it up,"

The evil looks I get are priceless.

Little kids crying just bugs me. I think it's because my dad was so anti-crying with me and my sister growing up. It would be "Stop crying! There is nothing to cry about! Shut up!" So, from a young age I learned to pretty much only cry if it was something really big, otherwise I was going to get yelled at, so I feel like when a lot of kids cry it's just not amusing.
sumdisaster 20th-Jun-2012 07:54 pm (UTC)
Hahaha this. I was at Target the other day when some bratty boy was throwing a tantrum and when his parents clearly weren't having it, he just plopped down on the floor and screamed "MOMMY I FELL." She just rolled her eyes and kept walking, mother of the year tbh
imnotasquirrel 20th-Jun-2012 07:55 pm (UTC)
same here. i never get that feeling where you just wanna give the kid whatever he wants because ~omg poor child~, i just want to go, 'cry moar.'

this is for non-serious stuff, ofc. like the kid crying because they've been denied a toy or treat.
hello_samm 20th-Jun-2012 07:56 pm (UTC)
I do too. I'll laugh in my 4 year old cousin's face. She gets so angry and then she's over it.
16_bit_goddess 20th-Jun-2012 07:58 pm (UTC)
it is pretty funny. every little thing is SO dramatic.
caketime 20th-Jun-2012 07:58 pm (UTC)
Same, I already feel I'll make a greeeeat mother. It runs in the family tbh, because my dad would laugh too and little me would be like YOU'RE NOT TAKING ME SERIOUSLY D: and I'd start crying frustratedly and he'd dance like I was singing a song. lol w/e I totally deserved it.
drunkagron 20th-Jun-2012 07:59 pm (UTC)
i always laugh when they cry. i know i shouldn't....
arabian 20th-Jun-2012 08:00 pm (UTC)
Me too, and I adore kids. Well, I mean I laugh when it's their fake, tantrum crying, not actual, legit tears. The funniest is when they're sobbing horribly and then they think they're getting what they want, or they lose their audience, and boom! the tears/cries are gone like that. There's this video out there of the latter, and it's hysterical. Dad goes to another room, the toddler stops crying, dad comes back in, kid cries, dad goes out, stops, etc. So damn funny.
judgmental 20th-Jun-2012 08:12 pm (UTC)
me too, I hate kids so their pain gives me joy tbh
empirebird 20th-Jun-2012 08:40 pm (UTC)
gpoy when it's fake or I dont like the kid.

If I love them and it's real I start crying too. >__>
schaaawing 20th-Jun-2012 08:46 pm (UTC)
me too and i do it everyday cause i work a a daycare/kindergarden for kids ages 5-10.

sometimes i feel bad. but most of the time i just laugh.

one time two 6/7 year old girls were fighting and one girl threw a scarf in the other girls face and ofc she started crying and hit the other girl with a scarf as well and then she started crying too lol then they "unfriended" each other for two whole hours and then got back to playing as if nothing ever happened... ah kids.
jjro 20th-Jun-2012 08:48 pm (UTC)
Thanks for saying this, because I chuckled at these pictures and I feel no guilt.

this little kid in target started whining and throwing himself on the floor and i burst out laughing and another lady with her son gave me a bad look and moved away from me lol

little kids crying makes me think murder tbh. so fucking annoying
forgethissmile 21st-Jun-2012 09:03 pm (UTC)
Haha same. Which is good, since I work with young toddlers, and they do nothing but have tantrums about the most ridiculous shit.

Hopefully me laughing at my own children when they have tantrums will curb that behavior quickly.
snortingcoke 20th-Jun-2012 07:24 pm (UTC)

mte dude. Like, good for you that you love your kids, just keep their screaming, snotty asses away from me. I want NOTHING to do with them. idgaf if that makes me seem like an asshole, I don't want them and I don't want to deal with them.

i know even more crazier parents who would not even let him yell @ their kids but would have beat his ass as song as he came close enough with that attitude.

I don't think she's gonna be cute when she grows up, tbh
mikeblitzz 20th-Jun-2012 07:28 pm (UTC)
Really? I think she's so pretty! I can't see her getting ugly until she's her mother's age maybe. Hopefully whatever helps keep Tom looking somewhat young was passed onto her.
actxappalledx 20th-Jun-2012 07:32 pm (UTC)
Nope, I don't think she's cute anymore. She was a gorgeous baby, but now she's just not cute to me. Her nose is taking over her face and it's just nagl
tucker 20th-Jun-2012 07:33 pm (UTC)
yeah she's getting less cute as she gets older

but who knows for when she really grows up, it will be interesting to see lol
champagnexdream 20th-Jun-2012 07:40 pm (UTC)
She looks exactly like Katie did as a child so that will depend on whether you think Katie is cute.
fever 20th-Jun-2012 07:40 pm (UTC)
her nose will not be attractive.
agatharuncible 20th-Jun-2012 07:41 pm (UTC)
what why? I think she has the potential to be really pretty when she grows up. I think sometimes kids' faces look a bit weird when they're having growth spurts and their faces don't grow evenly at once but I think once that stops she'll look less awkward
jjro 20th-Jun-2012 08:51 pm (UTC)
Honestly, the only reason I believe she's biologically Tom's is because it looks like she has his original nose.
treradical 20th-Jun-2012 11:43 pm (UTC)

Probably some weird Scientology abuse where they give her the candy and then take it away. Creepy!
mhfromnh 21st-Jun-2012 01:32 am (UTC)
well, Scientology has this thing of never saying 'no' to kids, which they did with Suri, but I think that may be why she is a brat these days.
merenwen17 20th-Jun-2012 07:25 pm (UTC)
if only getting my ice cream taken away was my only problem in life. ah, the things kids get upset about lmao
aubade_saudade 20th-Jun-2012 07:30 pm (UTC)
If there's one stage in life when yr allowed to go all drama on silly shit it's that one

It's when adults here do it that it makes me want to slap some fools right across the face w something heavy and rusted
ashtraysoul 20th-Jun-2012 07:37 pm (UTC)
well it's not my only problem in life but I would be pretty upset if someone just took it
angela_stjoan 20th-Jun-2012 08:29 pm (UTC)
For real. At my age (30) if some bitch just took my ice cream I would probably go ballistic.

And if my mom took it I would give her looks. ...ice cream is sacred.
