Lady Gaga is one tough lady. After being struck on the head with a pole held by one of her dancers during her concert in Auckland, New Zealand, the singer finished the two-hour concert, though she was later diagnosed as having suffered a concussion. Gaga took to her Twitter account today to share more repercussions of the head injury, including a black eye.
Along with the photo sent from her hotel in Brisbane, Gaga tweeted “Emerging from hours of sleep. Still remiss if I should go outside, with this clonker I may be of questionable styling.” Gaga also thanked all her little monsters for their support, tweeting “Thank you so much for all the thoughtful messages. I feel a bit woozy but a little better everyday. Very happy to be in beautiful Australia.”
The head injury occurred early on in the concert, with Gaga telling her fans “I want to apologise. I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion but don’t you worry I will finish this show.” Lady Gaga is currently on tour in Australia.

i hope she's okay though!!! i've not heeded drs advice to finish performances ( on a much much much smaller scale obviously) before - but that's a hardworking muthafuckin performer for you!
and im like....what does this have to do with anything? LMAOO
she's been quoted as saying that if she had the flu she wouldn't let "discomfort" like that stop her from performing
sis if i had the flu i'd be in bed sobbing into my bottle of ginger ale and watching bad TV, drinking down Theraflu and moaning like a baby

i think it causes a slight internal bleed if you hit it hard enough, and it drains under your eyes, causing the black eyes or something idk
