Lindsay Lohan had alcohol in a water bottle



Lindsay Lohan was driving with an open container of alcohol when she crashed into a truck Friday on the Pacific Coast Highway ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Both law enforcement sources and the tow truck driver tell us ... cops confiscated a plastic water bottle from the trunk of the Porsche, and our law enforcement sources tell us the bottle contained alcohol.  Another law enforcement source tells us the bottle was actually in the debris field and scooped up along with other parts and placed in the trunk before it was towed away.

It's not a violation to carry an open container in a trunk, so Lindsay is in the clear. And according to cops she had no alcohol in her system.

Nevertheless, Lindsay has been to rehab several times, so it's not the swiftest move to roll with booze.

if this is true, some of you saying it's no big deal are completely moronic. of course it's a big deal. 1.) she has substance abuse issues. 2.) come on now, use your brain, someone puts alcohol in a WATER BOTTLE while driving, they plan on drinking it. stop making excuses for this bitch and send her ass back to rehab for longer than a year. or lock her up because this shit is ridic. she's not bi polar, she's not whatever issues people are claiming she has. she will too once she does hurt herself or someone else. she's a spoiled brat who thinks she is entitled to everything. she will end up killing someone, or herself and then people will be all OMG THIS IS SO SAD. NO ONE MAKE JOKES EVEN THOUGH I DID BEFORE SHE DIED.

It's a big deal because she's an alcoholic, so alcohol shouldn't be around her.
But, the water bottle in itself doesn't mean she plans to drink it while driving. I sometimes put alcohol into water bottles and I don't drink and drive. I take it with me to the movies or to shop or whatever, so long as I'm not the one behind the wheel.
That said, even though she wasn't drinking while driving, your number one is correct because even drinking it when not driving is a bad idea for her.

no i'm really not confused tho. it's a forum where we are allowed to speak out minds. and i spoke mine. no it was found in debris, and then put in her trunk, but that's not the point. the point is she's clearly an alcoholic who will kill someone one day or herself, because she's a spoiled brat with excuses after excuses.

lol i'm actually waiting for her to do something worse than the shit she's already done, and then "doctors" and her come out to tell us, oh i am bi polar, or some other mental issues. waiting for that day where the rest of us will call bullshit. but you keep on stanning for someone who has no concern for anyone but themselves. thumbs up. .

Word of advice: Whatever flask you get, make sure that you do not buy a flask that has a screw-off top that isn't otherwise attached to the flask. Your drunk self will drop it, and it will either be lost forever or covered in the various nastiness found on the floors of bars.

I was a complete drunk for two years and I would sneak vodka into all kinds of things... water bottles, Monsters, Snapple's bottles, bottles of 7-up, to-go coffee cups..anything. No one could ever tell.

The issue isn't whether she was drinking and driving... its that she was DRINKING when she is supposed to be sober and also is drinking in a way that is obviously secretive. :(
