SECOND TIME’S A CHARM: When Lady Gaga’s first Vogue cover was published in March 2011, it was an instant hit at newsstand and eventually became the second biggest seller of the year. No wonder Vogue is going with Gaga again, this time for its all-important September cover. According to sources, Gaga has already been shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott to mark the debut of her first fragrance from Coty Beauty, which is set to come out sometime in the fall. The scent may be named Monster, according to reports. When she signed the license in September 2010, Gaga said it would smell of “blood and semen.” (It's already been confirmed to be called "Fame", scroll down to see more about it.) Perhaps she’ll tweak that description a bit for the Vogue reader.
GAGA'S FRAGRANCE ARRIVES AT FASHION MAGS
Fashion magazines around the world have been receiving samples from Lady Gaga’s upcoming perfume ‘FAME’ to be reviewed and critiqued for it’s upcoming release in August. The fragrance is a black liquid, that apparently changes color when applied to skin.
"It was taken out of my own blood sample so it’s a sense of having me on your skin, I wanted to extract sort of the feeling and sense of blood and semen from molecular structures, so that’s where [the rumours] came from. That is in the perfume but it doesn’t smell like that, Actually the perfume smells like an expensive hooker." says Gaga.
It is also said that Gaga recorded an advertisement with Steven Klein, director of the Alejandro video with Schieße as the soundtrack.
Editor of FLAUNT Magazine, Lisa Tant, Canada’s leading fashion magazine took her Twitter account (@LisaTant) to give a small review about Gaga’s fragrance:

I'm sure you'll find a use for her blood in your shaman rituals
I would've hoped Gaga just kept to what she does well, music.
If it smells shit, I'll use it in a ritual to turn gaga stans into unicorns
EITHER WAY I'M BUYING IT
bleß the op
ooooh it smells like an expensive hooker, i'm intrigued but tbh i can never bring myself to spend a lot of cash on a fragrance....i'd rather buy a dress or something idk
OH AND OMG THE SEPTEMBER ISSUE OF VOGUE AND SHOOTING WITH MERT ALAS AND MARCUS PIGGOTT AND STEVEN KLEIN.

I hope this works out for her though.
And I guess this confirms the new single will be out in September. idk, it just seems way too soon. I hope to god it's good, non-generic, dark euro-pop songs and alot more songs like Speechless/You & I (before she ruined it on the album).
And I hope she tones down the costumes, goes for a more natural approach as everyone has done the weird costume get up and quite frankly it's not original anymore.
She brought in ZEDD and she's working with DJWS again, so I think dark euro-pop, house, electronic is what we're gonna get. As long as there are no 80s rock retreads, I'll be fine. I want pure progressive pop, dance!
I'm glad that the euro-pop trend is dying and everything but I feel like the only person I can accept doing it right now is Gaga because when she's on point with it, she does an incredible job with it.
I'd like 65% of it to be good Euro-pop and the rest of it to be songs like Speechless with the 70's rock vibe to it.
Yessssss
and all her perfumes smell like rainbows and sunshine lbr
