and i think people like her but not taylor because she's singing just a cute simple pop song whereas taylor's lyrics are just... idk, atrocious and throw shade at the guys she very publicly dates. 'call me maybe' reminds me a lot of taylor's 'romeo and juliet' song which i loved because it was also a cute and simple pop song with no veiled meaning behind it.
