I work in a Polish medical center (in Brooklyn, not in Poland) so I feel like I will be seeing this magazine at work very soon. One day I will be able to read this insane language. At least I can pronounce everything... I just don't know what it actually says!

Lol that's so funny! Well rest assured that if/when you have an appt, I will be the one getting your file! But the files are never where they're supposed to be so don't hate me if it takes forever to find it lmao

lol really? I never have that problem, the receptionists/medical assistants are usually quick with getting my file. The wait for the doctors, though, is torturous.

yeah thats because manhattan medical isn't the main employer of most of the doctors- most of them work in big hospitals and stuff and go out of their way to work in greenpoint so they can clock office hours. They get paid per-patient, and so they want to book as many patients as possible to make their time worthwhile. As a result, they book 2, 3, or 4 patients for a single 15 minute time slot (which of course NEVER works) and so the wait can go from 15 mins to 2 hours. If they only booked one patient per 15 mins (which is already kind of unrealistic), the doctors would get pissed and move on to another medical center.

The worst part about it all is that 90% of people will assume it's the fault of the nurses or the people at the front desk and take it out on them. I just got promoted to front desk, so I don't want people yelling at me about stuff that the doctors cause... and then nobody gets pissed at the doctors because they're so relieved to be FINALLY seeing the doctor that they just thank them for finally seeing them lol

I hate that weird cover girl-type glow they photoshop in people's skin. Especially if they are much darker than the photo reveals.

Also, this comment is not fishin' on any controversial race threads.
