so basically her regime is for people who don't have jobs + don't sleep
when i read the typo i had to press play to confirm because that sounds unhealthy as fuck to work out that much each day. good thing it's a typo!
I hate articles like this. Celebrity workout regimes are typically totally unrealistic for those of us who have jobs, etc. Most of us don't have hours to spend every day on working out, as much as we would like to. I'm happy if I can fit in a run 3-4 times a week, if that.
Also,
wtf am I missing?
like wanting to clean up after watching hoarders.
or just think about how good it is for you and how good you'll feel. get some qt work out clothes and maybe work out with a friend. do a team sport. idk. if you run or go for walks try a new route each time to keep it ~fresh.
I also tend to do shorter workouts lately (30mins or so) - I do 5 rounds, 5 exercises, usually about 10 reps for each. Today it was Squat with row, lunge with shoulder press, side plank with hip lift, V-ups and Burpees. Because you're working out a lot of stuff at once and squeezing in cardio at the same time, it's really over before you know it. I started out grumbling that I just wanted to take a nap and then suddenly I was going through the fourth round and had no idea what happened. :P
Plus it really helps with stress, and I always feel like my heart is in good shape afterwards.
it just makes me feel bad. idk how to get over the fact that i'm thinner than like 70% of everyone i ever meet but i'd still be considered chunky and in need of losing 10 lbs if i ever thought about modeling or acting or whatever.
/sigh.
im actually off to yoga rn, but i came to show some Kelly love =)
/my boyfriend broke up with me so I had nothing going on in my life
If my waist was one inch longer, I'd probably have amazingly defined abs, but it's not. So I basically have to cut my body fat down to a percentage where I'd stop menstruating to get real definition.
Also, "Abs are made in the kitchen."
not if you go mostly go here when you're at work tho
