It's SO boring. I think the only people who think it's not are Kings fans for obvious reasons. I'm sorry but it's just not entertaining to see one team go up 3-0 in every fucking series. I knew two games into their second series they were winning the Cup. Boring and predictable. I don't even know if I'd find it entertaining if my own team won like that. I prefer exciting games/series that are close and stress me out.

I'm not a Kings or Devils fan, my team got knocked out in the first round, and I still find it entertaining.

to see an 8th seed do as well as the Kings have is fun and awesome to me, because it never happens. people complain about the two teams that made it, but I'm glad it's not the same freaking teams every year.

I like seeing someone other than Vancouver/Pittsburgh/Detroit/Boston going all the way.

Much better to have these two teams, where really, I don't care that much if one wins or the other (prefer the Kings, greatly, but if not, Parise and Hedberg get rings, so yay for them) rather than last season where there were two players, total, in the entire series, whose genitals I didn't want to introduce to my six inch stilettos.

David Boreanaz, Michael Vartan, and Alyssa Milano all get a pass because they've all talked about hockey in the past and being huge fans. I think Boreanaz and Vartan used to (or maybe still do) play in that celebrity hockey tournament every year. I don't know about the rest of them.

True for every fanbase, basically. Some of them will stick around, others won't. Almost every single fan starts as a bandwagon fan in one way or another. I bet there's a whole shit-ton of new Bruins fans after last season, same as there were new Hawks fans the year before, new Pens fans before that, etc, etc, etc.
