It's a video for Nobody Knows Me. Over the course of the song, the 'strips' of paper over her eyes, nose, and mouth change rapidly. They are flashes of famous politicians, old pics of herself, seemingly anonymous people, etc. The side screens show images of protesters, like Occupy but also Westboro Baptist Church, among other things.

I got the impression that the symbolism was pretty literal. Nobody really knows her, they just project onto her whatever it is they hate in order to validate their hatred of her and the original issue. There's a few seconds dedicated to memorandums of people like Tyler Clementi. So possibly continuing the symbolism, this time applying it to homophobia.
