The Carrie Diaries: First Trailer!

What happened before Mr. Big? Before the shoe collection? Heck, before Carrie Bradshaw ever had sex?

The CW will ask and attempt to answer that question this January when The Carrie Diaries premieres on Monday nights.

It stars AnnaSophia Robb in the role made famous by Sarah Jessica Parker and it will chronicle Carrie's senior year of high school, which took place in New York in the 1980s. How will the high life of Manhattan come into play? What about hot dogs and key holes?

She really annoys me, and I hate how when they'd talk about sex she'd always like, refuse to answer their questions. Charlotte gave more deets than Carrie. And she had a habit of picking guys over her friends, a huge pet peeve of mine.

I'm a huge SATC fan, and I'm NHFT.

It looks okay, but just from this trailer I am not impressed with AnnaSophia Robb's Carrie at all! If this is who Sarah Jessica Parker was as a teen, I am not convinced.

I'll still watch it though, lbr.
