Actress Raven Symone Reportedly Came Out the Closet

: MediaTakeOut.com just received word from our peeps over The National Enquirer that actress Raven Symone has come out the closet as a LESBIAN. We always suspected that she liked the ladies . . .but now the tabloid says that it's OFFICIAL.

Here's an excerpt of the report:

Sources close to Raven say she's GAY and has shacked up with AzMarie Livingston, the androgynous beauty seen on "America's Next Top Model." The two are living together in Raven's luxury $11,00-a-month New York City condo.. . .

She's at a point now where she doesn't care what her family thinks, and she's in love with AzMarie. She's a lesbian and wants to live that way."

Wow . . . the National Enquirer has a rep of not putting out BULLSH*T either. Well good for her then . . .

I live in NYC and my lease is a 2 yr lease, but I really can't even complain. My apartment is rent stabilized, so I am only paying 1100$ for a huge 2 bedroom apartment with a laundry room & washer and dryer, and I live in Greenpoint/Williamsburg, which is really expensive to live in. I have the biggest apartment in the 12-apartment building, and there's a lady who lives downstairs whose whole apartment is a little bit bigger than my bedroom and she pays more rent than me, lol. But it still hurt my poor heart, especially as I am currently unemployed. My dad thankfully is helping me out with the rent

haha yea i know, i lived her for my whole life tho, so that's why. the lease got passed down from my mom to me. we moved up to the second floor from the first floor when i was in around 2nd grade, and if we had never done that, my rent would be like 400$ right now, lol. my landlord is salivating at the mouth to get me out tho. sry sir, i will never leave

i think i am the only one in the building with their own washer and dryer in the apartment, too, lol i dont think theyre allowed anymore

Fucking owned. You need to pass that apartment down as an heirloom.

lol ikr, my great grandkids will be living in this apartment. we always make sure he doesn't out a no-subleasing clause so that if i ever do want to move somewhere, we can sublet it to cover the rent and i can still keep the apartment, lol. he will have to pry this apartment out of my cold dead fingers

Girl, I'd get a lawyer and let him know that you're not fucking around and that apartment is yours until the sea rises and NYC floods.

LMAO

My dad actually owns four buildings in Williamsburg, so he represents me pretty well to my landlord and my landlord knows he can't fuck with me because my dad knows all the laws and guidelines and shit. But if he ever tried anything, my dad would be at the lawyers so quick that there would be sneaker marks on the floor.

It's really the guy across the hall from me that wants me out. My neighborhood is still predominantly polish, and the guy across the hall probably has the second biggest apartment in here. He's polish, and he wants nothing more than for the whole building to be all polish (which it almost is already). His sister lives on the fourth floor in a small apartment with her husband and son, and he wants me out so he can move her in. He used to complain about me all the time to the landlord to try and get me in trouble, but it didn't work because the other 10 ppl pretty much told the landlord that I don't bother at all, so now he just acts like a child and ignores me when he sees me lol

I always think it's crazy to hear about rent in NYC or LA considering I live in Iowa and rent here is between $300-$900, but it sounds like you got a pretty good deal!

haha, yea, i have benefited from being a native to the neighborhood. the rents in this neighborhood actually were not that bad up until a few years ago when the hipster movement took over. that's honestly what drives prices up in this specific neighborhood because we're, like, the hipster motherland, and everyone wants to be close to bedford/the L train. i keep hoping the trend will pass and people will go away and find a new place to inhabit, lol, but i doubt it :(

lol @ the hipster movement. I feel so enlightened, most people in Iowa don't even know what hipsters are. I probably only know because I have this gross attachment to the internet. I hope for your sake that they find a new place to inhabit too
