I worry that she'll grow tired of them after a time and leave her assistants/whomever to end up looking after them. That seems to be what happens with other young Hollywood starlets who have a zillion pets.
My sis in law hordes and this is exactly how it happened. She called them "rescues". By the eleventh dog, animal control caught wind and told her the law only allows two dogs per residence and she was in fact, HOARDING. She moved on from dogs to hoarding clothes and now children. She has seven kids. :|
I think there hits a point where the dogs will have to jostle for human attention...and that's when you've reached too many. How many does she have now?
What bothers me about it, is that it seems she adopted one right after another another. It seems to speak more to an inability to step back and think about what is best for her brand-new puppy (a little bit of time without further changes--he's still adjusting).
She's had numerous dogs before and then when they bond with whoever she leaves them with for work she just buys more. As long as they're being cared for whatever but it's just off-putting.
She really only did that with Mate, though, it wasn't numerous dogs. She went on tour and Braison was watching him, and he fell in love with the dog. He still posts pictures of Mate alll the time on twitter. He obviously really fell in love with dog and cares about it greatly. That was the only one that was her dog, all the rests were family pets she had when she lived at home. It makes sense why she wouldn't take the family dog with her when she moved out
she's rescuing dogs
Those puppies are loved, have a home & get fed - that's what matters.
