Update on Chateau Shereé

Fashion Designer and Real Housewife Shereé Whitfield has finally completed work on her sprawling estate aka Chateau Shereé aka Neverland. Check out an exclusive tour in the video and photos under the cut.

Just kidding....

As you can see the site of Neverland is on the corner of a spacious three way stop. The house is being built very close to a busy intersection which is adorned by a lovingly maintained stop sign.

Recently, a local news crew visited the now-infamous construction zone and filmed their findings which included pieces of Brazilian plywood bolted together and some dust:

Meh, we looked at a lot (in Seattle) when we were buying, and the space in them is really weird and you're lucky if they have more than 1 bathroom. But you're still going to pay $600,000+ for one that isn't a wreck.

yeah I know...my grandparents had one in Wallingford and it was really only 1 bed (not counting the attic) and 1 bath, but I still really like them. I could make it work for 2 people, but probably not more than that.

That being said, I don't ever think I'd buy one. Its just something I like to think about.

Hey, that's my hood! I live in an apartment, but all the houses on my street are adorable and I envy the rich middle-aged people who inhabit them.

jealous!!! I want to live down there so bad. I live in South Everett right now and I hate it...when I move out I want to live in Wallingford, Ballard, Fremont, Queen Anne, Greenlake, or anywhere around there SO BAD.
