It's not my favourite Menken piece but the recording is a lot of fun and always makes me smile. Menken's one of the few composers to have 3 shows running simultaneously on Broadway, if I remember correctly, at least for a couple more days.

I saw this show in December... maybe it was because I was really worn out & tired when I saw it, but I was just a little "meh" about the show itself... the music was great, but idk, I just didn't obsess over it afterward like I usually do when I see a great show.

I feel the same! Dare I say I may have been a tad bit sleepy too during the performance...I blame my nosebleed seats a little though. HAHA.
