Saw The Avengers tonight so I can finally come into these posts!!
Bruce Banner/Hulk and Thor stole the show. My friend loled every time Thor came on screen; she thinks he's ridiculous in all the right ways. I told her she needs to see Thor asap because it will probably become her favorite comedy.
I was actually kind of digging Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye. I mean sexually. And this confuses me because, while I like him as an actor, I've never been remotely attracted to him.
I thought I would change my mind about Loki's hair once I saw it in the film, but no. Those flippy extensions were a bad choice.
I saw that single tear while fighting Thor, Tom. I see you.
I fell into the Jeremy Renner is attractive ship with Mission Impossible. People that are good at what they do is always attractive to me and then when you add in lethal weapons? It's a good look.
Bruce is the best and she needs to see Thor! The coffee scene always makes me happy. Or when Sif and the Warriors Three show up. :D
I thought I didn't have time this weekend but I made time which I'm glad for because I have an asshole friend who posted the biggest spoiler for the movie as his Facebook status...after I saw it
I think it's going to depend on how well Superman does, right? Cause if they make a JL movie it would be in the Universe Nolan built [from my understanding].
They're gonna need to make more separate movies on half these characters and lord knows they'll never get their shit together for Wonder Woman. But someday...
I only watched all the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies for the first time two weeks ago. lol. I just hadn't bothered to see them before, but I was interested in The Avengers because I like Joss Whedon's work, so I thought I should watch the lead-in movies.
And then I really liked them.
And I'm a bit in love with Captain America.
And then I went to go see a midnight showing of The Avengers and it was amazing.
I want to see this movie in theaters a million more times. But I also need the DVD to be out right now with a ton of behind the screen footage and a commentary track with everybody together.
I will gladly shell out the necessary bucks for both a Blu-Ray player and the Super Special Awesome Chocolate-Covered Ultimate 616 Edition of this movie when the time comes.
