I'm just finishing my first month of Jillian Michael's Body Revolution and I've lost 10lbs and several inches. All my clothes are either loose or fit better!
So people have asked if I've been following the meal plan.
The short is answer is no.
I did the Kick Start Your Metabolism week and I did follow that meal plan.
Since then I haven't been following the meal plan but I have been using it as a guideline but generally I've just been eating a lot healthier. I think I've had 2 pops in the past month and only a few slices of toast. It sounds funny but toast is my honest to goodness favourite food.
I've just been trying to pay attention to what I eat and make better choices.
How much did you have to lose? I have about 40lbs to lose and from past experience when I eat properly and am actually active I lose weight fast... I just hadn't been doing either of those things.
Congratulations girl! That's awesome. Eating healthy and exercising regularly really does do wonders (for most people). I'm glad you've seen some nice results!
I’ve been off ONTD for a while. Do 90s posts still exist? Or has ONTD finally stopped with that “90s kid special snowflake” bullshit excuse for a post? Dear God, I hope it’s the latter.
