Pink pays 10,000 for Marilyn Monroe painting
The pop star, 32, snapped up Wahl's image of Marilyn Monroe – which he painted in just three minutes – for a cool $10,000 on Saturday night.
The occasion was a graffiti art performance and auction for charity in Brentwood, Calif., where Wahl whipped up the pristine portrait of the screen siren in front of guests – including Pink and her husband Carey Hart.
The painting was immediately put up for auction, with Pink offering the winning bid. The money goes to benefit Linda's Voice, a nonprofit that Pink supports and which raises awareness for ending domestic abuse globally.

The pop star held the tot, born last June, in a baby carrier as she strolled in sunny Malibu.
Pink has taken a break from her career to raise her child with motocross racer Carey Hart, and the trio looked a picture of happiness as they enjoyed the sunshine yesterday.
However, the singer is already back at work, writing tunes for her upcoming sixth studio album.
Not that she’s been completely away from the limelight since giving birth.
Last year, Pink starred in movie Happy Feet Two, voicing the waddling character Gloria.
She also sang the film’s theme song Bridge Of Light and landed a lead role in comedy drama Thanks For Sharing, starring alongside Gwyneth Paltrow and Mark Ruffalo.
Not exactly what you’d call maternity leave, then..
