The Mirror has followed up its glowing review of Justin Bieber's upcoming release Believe with an accusation based on Monday's listening party: Justin Bieber is "charmless," "offensive," and mocks British accents. See below:
As the evening wrapped up, Reggie put some pre-vetted questions from the assembled hacks to Justin.
One, Justin decided to answer in an English accent, telling Londoner Reggie: “It’s ‘think’ with a ‘th’, not an ‘f’.”
Thanks for the elocution lesson, Biebs. Come back when you’ve grown up.
A half-dozen other outlets have reprinted the Mirror's quotations, but The Evening Standard delves even further into Justin's ethnocentric hate speech (with bonus anti-Belgianist shade!):
“You guys have some great waffles in Belgium!” he told a Belgian journalist. “Oi can do the English accent quoite good, I fink!” he misjudged.
Personally, I can't believe the media hasn't picked up on this earlier. Bieber has been doing this for years - and this isn't the first time he's confronted Reggie Yates with his prejudice. Take a look, if you can stomach it:
My British accent is amazing. - No, Justin. No it is not. Thank God someone is finally calling you to task on this one.
And OMFB at this clip from yesterday, where Justin tells another British deejay that his accent is "quite rubbish." THE NERVE! I don't see how this poor man managed to finish the interview tbh - ff @4:00

I'm not sure the Mirror could reach any farther on this one without pulling something tbh.
ETA: GOSSIPCOP REPORTS THAT JUSTIN NEITHER MOCKED ANYONE'S ACCENT NOR THREW ANY "HISSY FITS" @ HIS ALBUM PREVIEW. I'm shocked tbh!!
