She played Ada Mimieux, the original proprietor of Le Gamaar. Mélanie Laurent said that she'd forget her lines in their scenes together because she'd keep staring at Maggie.

Quentin left it up to her to decide whether or not to include the scenes on the dvd, but Maggie decided not to.
