It is just two weeks since Lindsay Lohan's probation was revoked with the judge advising her to ‘stop clubbing.’ But the Herbie Fully Loaded actress can not stay away from Southern California's party scene. LiLo was spotted with a mystery man last night at the Coachella Festival 2012 in Indio, California, about a 90 minuted outside of Los Angeles.
The starlet wore a blue see-through top paired with sagging black leather trousers, platform boots and a trendy black hat. She smiled and appeared to be having a good time while sharing a few laughs with her male companion. While Coachella attendees are known for their hard partying ways, Lindsay shunned the alcoholic beverages that are frequently spotted around the concerts. Her drink of choice was a bottle of Evian water that she carried around the venue.
The troubled actress was finally taken off of formal probation by Judge Stephanie Sautner on 29 March. It followed the star finally succeeding in completing her community service at a morgue. But she remains on informal probation for the next two and a half years after entering a no contest plea to stealing a necklace. During the court proceedings, Judge Sautner told the actress: 'You need to live your life in a more mature way, stop clubbing and focus on work.' But it seems even her freedom can’t deter Lindsay Lohan from enjoying the Los Angeles night life. A week after the court hearing, she was spotted out on the town at Pour Vous with a group of friends. Days later, a woman came forward claiming she was pushed by Lohan at The Standard Hotel in LA. Lindsay denied being at the nightspot, claiming she was at home watching television. Her spokesman said: 'Whomever is responsible for this lie will be held accountable for their misguided actions.' But there has now been a change in tone from her camp. The spokesman now says: 'We're going to wait for the Sheriff's Department to release their findings before we comment any further.'
The accuser named Marisa Dugas filed a police report with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department on Saturday, two nights after she says the assault happened. 'My client Marisa Dugas, has given the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department pictures of injuries that were inflicted by Lindsay Lohan,' Dugas' Mark Haushalter told Radaronline. He added: 'We are anxious to see the surveillance video which we feel will prove that Lindsay Lohan was at the nightclub and the evidence will speak for itself.'
