i have been trying to loose some weight for awhile now. im a lazy fatfuck, so i don't really like to exercise. i read online that if you cut down on carbs, there'd be some results. so that's what i did and i lost a couple of kgs. i don't feel so heavy and lethargic all the time.
my staple food is rice, so i just cut down half of my daily intake. i just resist carbs.
I think a lot of people eat too many grains and simple carbs, and not enough fruit/veggies... Thinking about it, I don't think it's uncommon for people to load up on simple carbs all day every day but not even eat a single fruit/veggie serving in a day.
im eating more fruits and veggies now! ever since i cut down on carbs, i get more peckish like 2-3 hours after my meal. and usually a couple of strawberries or an apple helps.
I really want to gain weight, I've been drinking carnations 3 times a day and eating alot. I just want to gain weight on my thighs and arms, I want my stomach to be untouched, Shit is so difficult.
My boyfriend was really trying to gain weight a while ago, and he would drink ensure. I also know that is what they would force my mom to drink when she was being treated for an ED.

Grilled veggies are my favorite. My husband and I ate a bundle of asparagus and 3 peppers last night for dinner. We were going to cook chicken but we were like fuck it. Lets just have veggies!
Mannnn I had a tequila sunrise a couple of hours ago and felt sooooo good. And then I smoked way too much weed (I only smoke 3 or 4 puffs a day as it helps me with my epilepsy - I have a prescrip.) and now I'm sooooooooo fuckin lazy. You legit have ep? Why don't you ask your doc? I smoked weed on a daily basis YEARS ago. Then I stopped for years. Couple of months ago my doc asked me if I smoked it and if I'd be open to smoking just a bit a day (or rather, she suggested I eat it). I quit it because I started getting anxious/paranoid (though later I realized this was because I smoked out of a bong and got way too fucking high) but when I tried it again a couple of months ago it was fine. And my seizures with Lamotrigine still occurred once a day or once every couple of days. Since I picked up weed again it happens maybe 2-3 times a month.
