i am so bored. I hate not doing anything and I haven't worked since tuesday, I was having a six hour medical test monday, and now it's the weekend... i have plans, but not till tomorrow night.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to delete malware from my computer? I ran an AVG scan (and it didn't find anything) but it's gotta be some sort of malware because I keep getting these weird pop ups and my computer is running really slowly. Thanks!

Go to cnet's download section and get like... a bunch of the top things for security. I would usually run as many programs as I could to make sure everything gets removed.
If you're getting specific sort of popups, then I'd google it because people may know exactly what malware causes it and will provide an easy fix.
Malwarebytes. You could also DL trial versions of ESET Security Suite. It saved my computer. There was a file on there that was obviously infected, but every time I opened the folder and tried to delete it manually, my entire computer crashed. ESET took it off.

if you havent, use MalwareAnti-Bytes, that usually detects & gets rid of virus/malware that the top programs can't detect or remove.
if that didn't work then try a program called ComboFix. it's small but it will defintely fix what ever's wrong.
