Miley has been taking the Pilates studio by storm lately — and she has the rockin’ body to prove it! But a weight loss expert tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that if Miley loses any more weight, she’ll be way too thin!
Pilates does a body good — just ask Miley Cyrus! The 19-year-old actress has been flaunting her toned physique all week in revealing athletic gear. While there’s no denying that Miley’s body looks great these days, a weight loss expert cautions the superstar not to drop any more pounds.
“Miley should continue with her current fitness and healthy eating routine, but she definitely shouldn’t lose another pound or she could end up looking way too fragile and downright boney,” Alicia Hunter, weight loss coach and author of The Accidental Diet: From Fugly to Fox. “Miley looks very toned and sleek — just check out those trim abs! — but I’d caution her about consuming any less calories than she presently is. Her collar bone is starting to look way too defined and her arms are becoming very thin.”
Alicia estimates that the 5’5″ star has gone from 135 pounds to 115 pounds in the last year alone. “Miley looks like she’s lost a slew of inches around her waist and her face is much more defined,” explains Alicia. ”It doesn’t look like she could even pinch a half-inch of fat anywhere on her body.”
Besides taking daily Pilates classes and jogging with her pooch, Miley proclaimed on Twitter that a gluten and lactose-free eating plan is the secret behind her skinny new frame. “Everyone should try no gluten for a week! The change in your skin, physical and mental health is amazing. You won’t go back!” Miley tweeted on April 9.
However, experts claim that a gluten-free diet, which omits grains such as wheat, rye, barley and triticale, can be detrimental to a person’s health if they are not genuinely allergic to gluten.

anyway, that said, I know body composition varies etc etc but I don't think Miley was ever over 130, she's more slender than I am and we're the same height...
unless she had like muscle mass
and considering that right now she seems to be simultaneously slimming down but building/toning her muscles.... idk
I definitely have to start exercising more frequently and eating right. I lost like 15 pounds my sophomore year and now I've gained it all back. Really sucks.
so maybe..... stress has a positive to it?
and I never lose weight when stressed. I'm one of those bitches that eats a hippo when stressed out.
:-/
its taht a) she has lost a fair amount of weight in a short amount of time and b) her tweets/comments have led others to be concerned about a possible problem.
so i don't think people are "policing" her body, or saying ew at all, because it's nice (albeit, a bit thin for my personal taste) it's more concern because here is yet, another young girl who may have an ED.
also, I doubt she was 135 ever, as someone who's 5'5 and never gone over 125, I don't see how she was ever 135.
